Well here I am finding myself seven weeks out before my next show. I will be competing at the Europa Super Show, Dallas in August. I have never felt this good during this time in my preparation and this little locomotive doesn’t plan on slowing down. The leaning out process has me smiling because I’m starting to see the improvements that I have been working so hard on. Little by little a new line here a little more roundness there and by August 17th I will be where I want to look. I’m also very excited that the show will be in Dallas because my sponsor MAN Sports corporate office is located there and I will be doing a photo shoot for them as well.
I have been working really hard on my shoulders so here is a quick peek at my shoulder-upper body routine.
- machine shoulder press: 25 reps, 20 reps, 20 reps, 15 reps
- bent over dumbbell one arm row: 20 reps, 20 reps, 15, reps, 15 reps
- dumbbell shoulder arnold press with plie squats: 15 reps, 20 reps, 20 reps, 20 reps
- dumbbell bicep curls with step ups: 10 reps, 12 reps, 15 reps, 15 reps
- cable wide pull downs: 25 reps, 20 reps, 15 reps
- bar military press: 15 reps x 3 sets
- upright high rows: 15 reps, 20 reps, 25 reps
- cable rope tricep pressdowns with lunges: 10 reps x 3 sets
