Sunday tradition at the Lobliner household. It is a workout program I designed. My children are five (Kami) and three (Thomas) years old. They BEG me to do this. They look forward to it. We wake up, have a healthy, light breakfast together and then after digestion and some playtime, we are off to the nearby elementary school field. The school has a track, grass field and bleachers. The “F3 Family HIIT” program is:

  1. Warm Up: 2 laps (about 1 mile) walk/jog around the track
  2. 10 (up and down) bleacher sprints
  3. 10 – 50 yard wind sprints: Sprint out, walk back then repeat 10 times
  4. Cool Down: 1-2 laps (about 0.5-1 miles) walk/jog around the track
