Who the heck wants to give up yummy treats for a diet? In this WEEKLY installment, Chef Bob shares how to rock out MTS Style French Toast!
Macros:
35g Protein
50g Carbs
7g Fat
Ingredients:
15g MTS Nutrition Whey
Tsp Cinnamon
Tsp Splenda
Tsp Baking Powder
8g SF/FF Pudding (1 Serving)
4 Slices Low-Carb or Regular Bread
Wet:
1 Egg
2 Whites
1/4 cup Almond Milk
Direction:
Mix all Dry Ingredients
Add in Wet
Mix with a mixer until mixture starts to rise and is to thin consistency with minimal residue of dry ingredients
Pre-Heat stove and flat iron skillet to cook french toast
Dip Toast in mixture and put on pan
Flip when they start to rise/bubble
Cook other side
Enjoy!
