MTS Nutrition Pumpkin Pie
2 Whole Eggs
6 Egg Whites
2 TBSP of Stevia or 1/2 cup Splenda
1 TBSP Cinnamon
1 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Scoop MTS Nutrition Whey
15 oz Libby’s Pumpkin
8oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
Bake on 350 for 40 minutes

MTS Nutrition Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Loaf
- 1.5 Scoops MTS Nutrition Whey
- 100g Banana
- 1.5 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 4 Egg Whites
- 2 TBSP Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Stevia or 1/4 Cup Splenda
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder/Soda
Take all Dry ingrediants (MTS Whey, Flour, Cinnamon, Stevia/Splenda, Baking Powder, and slowly add in the wet (diced banana, egg’s, peanut butter, milk, applesauce) and continue to blend until a thick batter is formed.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
