Who the heck wants to give up yummy treats for a diet? In this WEEKLY installment, Chef Bob shares how to rock out Chicken Parmesan!
2oz Dry Pasta
8oz Chicken Breast
30-40g Shredded Cheese
2-5g Parmesan Cheese
Spices (of your desire)
6-8oz Pasta Sauce (of your choice)
Boil water add pasta and drain.
In a skillet reheat chicken (I cook in bulk and microwave) and toss up into a skillet that is on medium power and pre-heated.
Add in the cooked pasta, slowly add in the sauce and stir
Disperse the sauce between the pasta/chicken and toss onto a plate/bowl, Top with Parmsean and Shredded Cheese and enjoy!
