As I sit down to write this I start to feel a sudden burst of anxiety because I don’t know what to say! This is very uncommon for me; normally I’m never at a loss for words. However, this time is different because I’m not writing about any specific training program or nutrition strategy. I’m basically just here to introduce myself and let the readers know I will be in charge of the Machine Muscle project in the foreseeable future.
I feel like I’m at an interview and the interviewer just asked “tell me a little about yourself” ….ahh where do I begin!?
Some of you probably recognize my name as being synonymous with Hunt Fitness. I have ran that website for the last two years, slowly building it up from just a blog site to offering training and nutrition services working with clients from all over the world. Outside of that I am in my last year of a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Lastly, I am a typical “Machine Muscle” guy who takes his training seriously and wants to improve in all facets of life.
Since the beginning, Machine Muscle has been a place that you can trust to provide great information that will directly help you reach your goals! You guys have come to expect cutting edge training and nutrition methods, supplement information, interviews and articles with the biggest names in the fitness industry, contest coverage and more! None of that is going to change. I guess as more things change the more they stay the same…
Before beginning this project one of the things Marc and I wanted to continue to focus on was providing not only the best information but a wide range of opinions. We feel it is our job to provide you with the best information available and then let you decide what is best for YOU! Let’s be real, there is no one magic training and nutrition protocol. If there was a lot more people would be jacked and guys like me would be out of a job. There is more than one way to skin a cat and we plan to continue to provide you with the tools necessary to get the job done.
Feel free to contact me; I want to hear what you have to say! Let me know what you want to see featured on Machine Muscle in the future!
Until next time,
